This page explains how to ask for the personal data TheLongevityGPT holds about you to be deleted. Data collection here is kept to a minimum, so in most cases there is little or nothing to remove.
What data is held
- Newsletter email. An email address is stored only if you chose to subscribe. This is the only personal data TheLongevityGPT keeps about you.
- Aggregate analytics. Basic, privacy-respecting measures of which pages are read, not tied to your identity. There is no personal profile to delete.
How to request deletion
If you subscribed to the newsletter, the fastest route is the one-click unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, which stops all future sends. To have the stored email erased entirely, send a deletion request using the contact details on the About page, from the address you subscribed with.
What happens next
A deletion request is actioned within 30 days. Once it is done, the email is removed from the newsletter records. Some data may be kept only where the law requires it.
